When did Billtrust go public?
BTRS Holdings Inc. (f/k/a South Mountain Merger Corporation), a publicly traded company formed for the purpose of effecting a business combination, completed its merger with Factor Systems, Inc. (d/b/a Billtrust) on January 12, 2021, and the combined company began trading publicly on January 13, 2021 under the ticker symbol BTRS on Nasdaq.
